Yesterday was a difficult day. It was a day when everything felt like it was piling up and coming to a bursting point. Yesterday was an accumulation of stress and worry and it all came to a familiar explosion of emotions. Today, today is a good day. Today I have taken a breath and I am working through things. Today I have decided to do something exciting, something out of the ordinary. Afterwards I am going to relax and clear my mind.
Sometimes we need the difficult days so that we can experience the fun and the high of the good days.
